Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour,minister of Higher Education and Academic Research, Prof.Dr. Hala ElSaid, minister of Planning and Economic Development, Prof. Dr.  Abdel Aziz Konsowa - President of Alexandria University, Prof. Dr. El-Sayed El seify- Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Alaa El-Din El-Gharabawy - Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development , the 20^th International Conference on current challenges and Its effect on competitiveness and organizational Excellence was held for two days at the Conference Hall, Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University. Many scholars and practitioners discussed various challenges such as climate change, currency devaluation, and the current International political situation.
